Wandsworth Common Care Home Achieves Digital Excellence with NHS South West London Award

Wandsworth Common Care Home, part of the Avery Healthcare group, has been recognised as a trailblazer in digital innovation, earning the prestigious Star Digital Performer certificate from NHS South West London. This accolade places the care home among the top 5% of care homes in the region, underscoring its commitment to leveraging technology to enhance both care and communication.

The award places Wandsworth Common Care Home in an exclusive group, with just 20 homes across South West London and only four in Wandsworth receiving this honour. In addition, the home has access to the London Care Record, enabling seamless coordination with hospitals for better patient care.
