Cobra Sushi Snake (Vegan): A vibrant vegan creation crafted as a rising cobra, this dish honours the Year of the Snake with its symbolic presentation. Filled with fresh avocado, crisp cucumber, and topped with sweet peppers, it offers a delightful and meaningful addition to the Lunar New Year table.

Guests can savour these stunning dishes at Inamo Sukoshi locations in Canary Wharf, Oxford Street, Wembley, and Vauxhall from 24th January to 2nd February 2025. For those dining at Inamo’s Covent Garden and Soho locations, the Cobra Sushi Snakes will be available from 29th January to 12th February 2025.
