Seven tipples to help you continue the party at home
They’ve may have called time on the pubs at 10pm but that doesn’t mean the (rule-abiding) party can’t continue at home.
Here are seven fab drinks available online to brighten up your stay-at-home bar this Autumn.
You won’t find these drinks in your local pub, making them to perfect purchase for drinkers looking for something a little different to take them into the small hours.
VIN CROWD: Grab a cocktail glass, fill it with ice and your fanciest fruit, it’s time to pour yourself a Vin Crowd. This canned, low-calorie, vegan, spritzer comes in three flirty flavours and is perfect refreshing tipple to carry on the evening’s entertainment. For late night fun, it is all about the Botanical Spritz. Packed with flavours of raspberries and juniper, this pretty in pink, gin-based drink is a delicious hassle-free cocktail to pour at home.
SEVEN BRO7HERS: Feel like you missed out on this year’s European boozy weekend away with friends? Well, Salford brewery SEVEN BRO7HERS has bottled a little winter sunshine with its zesty new Imperial Radler. This European-style ‘shandy’ now packs a cheeky punch, as its amped up to 6.0 ABV. Just the kick you need to keep the party going.
NED ROSE: Who said blush was a summer drink? Crack open a bottle of New Zealand rose The Ned and enjoy a crisp and juicy vino, the flavourful palate of moreish wild strawberries and watermelon, is the perfect easy drinking to take you in to the small hours.
MIX UP: Sometimes it’s all about the classics after 10pm. Perfect to have in the fridge for when you fancy your favourite tipple without the faff of whizzing up your own mix, why not try a Mix UP. Mix Up is available in four fabulous flavours – our favourite is the vodka, lemonade, and lime.
AMITY BREW CO: Pour yourself a Sunnybank American Pale as you chill with friends at home. Inspired by a love of classic West-Coast American pale ales, this US road trip in a pint is the prefect post-pub drink to relax and hang with friends.
SIS4ERS DISTILLERY: Feeling peachy? Nothing concludes the evening like a Sis4ers distillery limited edition “Home at Ten” peach gin. Mix with a citrusy or lemon tonic and enjoy a special g ‘n’ t post-closing time. And you can feel good about the purchase as the Sis4ers will be donating a percentage of sales to charities supporting those struggling in the hospitality sector.
SQUARE ROOT: And finally, if you started early in the bars and you’re looking for something sobering but tasty post 10pm check out alcohol-free Square Root, Pear & Aronia Soda. This autumnal fizz features sweet, nectar-like juice pressed from pears, balanced with sharp, dark, moody Kentish Aronia Berries. For those not feeling too sleepy, pair with dry gin or vodka.
