New Additions

Highlights of the Spring menu include a rich and refined Chutoro Tartare and the soulful,  citrusy Prawn Creole. The introduction of Wagyu Tataki and Wagyu Nigiri brings  premium cuts to the spotlight. Seafood lovers will delight in the indulgent Bluefin Tuna  Roll, the perfectly seared Grilled Seabass Fillet, and the boldly flavoured Atún Grillado,  while the Jalea Mixto, a golden-fried medley of seafood with leche de tigre, pays homage to  coastal Peruvian traditions. For something more grounding, the addition of Soba  Noodles offers comfort and complexity in every bite.
